The leader key
"Leader S" means: press Ctrl+Space, release, then press S. A bar at the bottom of the window shows the keys that can follow. The leader key is the keyboard.leader setting.
Your configuration
Preferences (Ctrl+,) changes every setting and shortcut. They are written to settings.json and keybindings.json in the config folder: %APPDATA%\dev.cascades.app on Windows, ~/Library/Application Support/dev.cascades.app on macOS, ~/.config/dev.cascades.app on Linux.
